Discussion Question 1.2

Each student should:

1)   By Wednesday, post an original response to each question referencing the reading or information found online (please include citations).  Original postings must be at least two (2) paragraphs and answer all prompts given.

2)   By Sunday, Respond to at least two (2) other students’ postings within each question.  These must be substantive responses that carry the discussion forward.

Each weekly discussions will be worth 20 points and graded as follows:

• Original response                   12 pts.
• Reply to other students          4 pts. each (for a maximum of 8 points)
  
  

Customer Service Policies

For your activity this week, you were to find a company's customer service policies. Share at least one of those policies. Would you want to work for a company with such policies? Why or why not?
