Project #2: Scenarios

Your project may be presented as a report or as a PowerPoint presentation. Students are expected to properly cite resources including those from the text and online.
Each student should:
1) By Wednesday, post the project that responds to the prompts given.
2) By Sunday, respond to at least two (2) other students’ postings within each question. These must be substantive responses that carry the discussion forward.
Customer Service Scenarios
Please refer to the reading in week 8. Your final project should include a list of tips, tools, scripts, and ideas for 15 customer service scenarios.
