Survey Project Part 1: Create Group Surveys

For this project you well develop a survey as part of a group. Groups will be assigned by your instructor.

Your group will come up with a topic and at least 8 questions.

The group facilitator will start the Google Form and add the other group members as collaborators to the form.

Each group member must make a new folder, Survey, in their CS120/Projects folder, add the survey to their Drive, and move it into the new Survey folder.

Each group member will create at least two questions. The questions must meet the following criteria.

• first name
• last name
• email address
• a binary answer (yes or no, true or false, cat or dog, ...)
• a qualitative answer (short answer)
• a qualitative answer (list of things; multiple choice or dropdown list, or checkboxes)
• a quantitative answer (something numerical)
• and anything else you want to add

This survey must be completed by the end of class.

When the survey is complete your group will send it to your instructor and three others outside your group (grab some classmates nearby). Your group will also post a link to this survey in the Survey Project Forum located in this week's section of the course. These steps only need to be done once for each group.

Every member of your group must submit this assignment individually with the following information in the submission box below

• The names of everyone in your group.
• The name of your group's survey.
• A link to your group's survey.
• A list of the questions you wrote in the survey.

You will also need to take all of the other group's surveys before the next class. See the next assignment for instructions on taking the surveys and what to submit to receive credit.
