  • CS120 Alternative Master

    This a computer literacy course. Computer literacy is knowing both how computers are involved with the world today and knowing how to get stuff done with current software. We will explore concepts to help you better use Internet resources. In particular, we will explore Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Photos, WordPress, and web design.

  • NUTRITION

    Nutrition is the study of the nutrients in food and how the body uses them through the life cycle. Food sources, functions and recommendations for the six nutrients are covered. Digestion, absorption and metabolism are discussed. Skills will be developed in evaluation of nutrition information, assessment of dietary intake, recognition of timely national nutrition issues, and an increased awareness of the relationship of diet upon chronic disease. A variety of instructional methods will be selected but emphasis will be upon collaborative learning.

  • CS080 Intro to Computers

    CS080 is an introductory computer course. Students will learn how to use various MS Windows operating systems, Internet safety, Google Drive and Docs, email, and some social media applications.

  • GENERAL CHEMISTRY-01/02

    Covers measurement, atoms and elements, ions, molecules and compounds, reactions (including aqueous), stoichiometry and thermochemistry with an introduction to organic and biochemistry.
