Use of homework "late passes"

When doing homework or lessons in the external homework system you have the ability to add a 2-day extension to an assignment using a "late pass". You have a total of 20 late passes for the term.

To redeem a late pass before the due date hit the vertical "..." button at the top of the assignment and choose "Redeem LatePass":

If it is with in a day or two past the due date then the option will appear when you open the assignment.

You'll then see a summary of how many late passes you have left with an option to apply a late pass to this assignment or go back.
