- Use a complete, introductory sentence (Friendly Reminder: A complete sentence always contains a verb, expresses a complete idea and makes sense standing alone), then create your list of skills learned.
- Try to be concise in your numbered list. (Example of consistent sentence construction on bullet list, below, these all start with words that end in ..ing.)

- integrating two software applications
- Finish the memo with an ending complete sentence of closure.
- (Friendly Reminder) A complete sentence always contains a verb, expresses a complete idea and makes sense standing alone.
Proofreading/Capitalization/Other
- If you refer to a specific software like Windows, Word, Excel, Access. PowerPoint capitalize the first letter. You are referring to a proper name of a software.

- Sometimes memo templates use different font sizes, keep yours all the same. 12 point is a nice size.
- Memos do not have names at the end or complimentary closing.
- Run spelling and grammar check on the memo. Capitalize and punctuate appropriately.
- Save the document again.
